3. ANNOUNCEMENTS

   A. The Tredyffrin Township Board of Supervisors and the staff would like to congratulate Tredyffrin and Easttown residents for recycling almost 70,000 pounds of electronics at the Tredyffrin Easttown recycling event on January 7th, and would like to thank eForce Recycling for providing this event free to both residents and the Township.

6. TOWNSHIP BUSINESS:

   2. General Fund Review: Revenue Sources and Trends
   3. Declaration to Amend Protective Covenants by Liberty Property Limited Partnership, necessary to extend Chesterfield Parkway to Swedesford Road
   4. Approve the selection of McMahon Associates, Inc., as consultant for the Feasibility Study for the Paoli Transportation Center Road Improvement Project in the amount of $346,965.20.
   5. Approve the selection of Bergmann Associates, Inc., as consultant for design and permitting for the Paoli Rt. 252/ Rt. 30 Roadway Improvement Project in the amount of $176,834.93.
   6. Adopt a resolution in support of the renewal of Growing Greener which is state funding to help local communities protect water quality, preserve open space and farmland, and enhance parks, trails and other recreational opportunities.
   7. Adopt resolution designating Tom Scott, Assistant Township Manager, as applicant’s agent with regard for application for financial assistance under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program
   8. Schedule a public hearing for February 27, 2012 to consider amendments to the Township’s Administrative Code to align bid limits with state law.

7. ESCROWS:
   1. Release of $58,580.50from The Bryn Mawr Trust Company to D’Agostino Builders, covering site improvements at the Woods at Yellow Springs, Yellow Springs Road; balance remaining $00.00.
   2. Acceptance of a Maintenance Bond from Lexon Insurance Company in the amount of $83,325.33 in lieu of an Escrow Agreement from The Bryn Mawr Trust Company covering the Wellsprings Lane roadway improvements offered for dedication to Tredyffrin Township.
   3. Acceptance of roadway Deed of Dedication from the Woods at Yellow Springs, LLC, Michael K. Gladstone and Laura L. Gladstone for Wellspring Lane.

9. ADJOURNMENT OF PUBLIC MEETING
10. PUBLIC HEARING:

    Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 208, Zoning, to add a new Article XXX entitled the Trout Creek Stormwater Overlay District, and creating permitted uses, area, bulk, height, buffer requirements and special development regulations for the district; and also amending Article II, Definitions, and Article XXVII, Conditional Uses, for related provisions.
