10. PUBLIC HEARING
    1. Consider an ordinance enacting a new Chapter 151, property registration for student rental units to provide for a register of contact information.
    2. Consider an ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance to provide additional definitions relating to student homes and student tenants; require student homes only be approved by special exception in residential districts; include off-street parking requirements for student homes; and add new regulations for student homes.
