Zoning Hearing Board
Appeals for relief from decisions of the Zoning Officer and/or requirements in the Zoning Ordinance are handled by the Zoning Hearing Board. The three members of the Zoning Hearing Board and three alternate members are appointed by the Supervisors. This board of volunteer residents is a quasi-judicial body whose decisions are not subject to the approval of the supervisors. Zoning Hearing Board meetings, which are open to the public, are usually held on the fourth Thursday of the month.

Deadline for application submission is the first day of the month in which the hearing is scheduled except for November and December meeting dates.
