NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of Tredyffrin Township will hold a public hearing at the Township Building, 1100 DuPortail Road, Berwyn, PA on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. to hear the following Appeals:
APPEAL #01-12: Application of Michael R. Miller, 42 Rose Lane, Berwyn, Pa, 19312, (Tax Parcel No. 43-10J-42) in an R-1 Residential District for a variance from Section 208-22 D. Front Yard Setback. The applicant proposes to construct a family room addition within the front yard setback; and such other and further relief as necessary.
APPEAL #02-12: Application of Dr. Paulo Correa-Meyer, 1107 W. Valley Rd, Wayne, Pa, 19087, (Tax Parcel No. 43-5M-81) in an R-1 Residential District for a Special Exception from Section 208-99 (1) B. Extension. The applicant proposes to construct a 6 foot by 8 foot unheated entry breezeway on to an existing doctors office; and such other and further relief as necessary.
APPEAL #03-12: Application of Penn Liberty Bank, 724 Lancaster Ave, Wayne, Pa, 19087, (Tax Parcel No. 43-11F-286) in an C-2 Commercial District for a dimensional variance from Section 208-104 C. (1), which calls for a drive through waiting lane not less than 120 feet long. The applicant proposes a waiting lane that is 83 feet long; and such other and further relief as necessary.
An opportunity will be given any citizen and all parties in interest to be heard at the public hearing.
