Recently Adopted Ordinances
- Ordinance amending the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance regarding sidewalks (Adopted September 19, 2011). The accompanying Green Routes Pedestrian Network Map and Road List was adopted on October 3, 2011.
- Ordinance establishing a Historic Resources Overlay District and setting parameters for area, bulk and use requirements within the overlay district; creating a Historic Commission to advise the Board of Supervisors concerning the listing of resources within the overlay district; and setting requirements for conditional use approval for alterations, additions to and demolition of resources within the overlay district. (Adopted May 23, 2011)
