Paoli Parking Improvements

• Provide on-street parking on minor collector and local roads, and the one-way portions of S. Valley and Darby Roads
• Encourage new parking lots or structures south of Lancaster Avenue between Circular Avenue and Chestnut Road
• Require off-street parking on surface lots or in parking structures for other developments, including the Rail Yard, but with lower standards for properties close to the station
