Paoli Pedestrian Improvements

• Provide sidewalks on both sides of all streets in the Paoli business district, following the Lancaster Avenue Streetscape Guidelines
• Develop an east-west walking path along the north side of the tracks from Route 252 to N. Valley Road
• Develop an east-west sidewalk along the south side of the new road from the new Cedar Hollow Road extension to the station
