Paoli Circulation and Road Improvements
- New road: Create a new station road to run parallel to the railroad tracks and south of W. Central Avenue, from Cedar Hollow Road to N. Valley Road, with a connection between the new road and W. Central Avenue
- Central Avenue: Add a cul de sac to W. Central Avenue before the intersection at N. Valley Road to discourage cut-through traffic; realign portions of W. Central Avenue between Cedar Hollow Road and Lancaster Avenue, and redesign the intersection at Lancaster Avenue to allow right turns only from W. Central to Lancaster Avenue and vice versa
- Cedar Hollow Road: Build a new bridge over the tracks that would connect the station road to a new extension of Cedar Hollow Road across Lancaster Avenue; a small piece of the existing Cedar Hollow Road at Lancaster Avenue would become a cul de sac, with access to Paoli Pike and Lancaster Avenue via the new realigned portion
- Paoli Pike: Realign Paoli Pike with Greenwood Avenue for better access to the south side of the tracks and the new loop driveway for commuters and buses; cul de sac Circular Avenue at Paoli Pike
- Plank Avenue: Widen the existing portion of Plank Avenue and extend it east to the new loop driveway; make the eastern connection of Plank Avenue to Lancaster Avenue one-way northbound, with only right turns permitted from Lancaster Avenue
- Lancaster Avenue: Widen Lancaster Avenue between Plank Avenue and N. Valley Road; to improve traffic signal coordination, extend the closed-loop traffic technology that exists on Lancaster Avenue between Route 252 and Plank Avenue to the area from Plank Avenue east to Paoli Memorial Hospital
- Industrial Boulevard/Paoli Hospital entrance: Redesign the main entrance road to Paoli Hospital and construct a new connector road from the hospital entrance road to Industrial Boulevard
- Paoli Plaza: Close Paoli Plaza between Greenwood Avenue and N. Valley Road
- South Valley and Darby Roads: Make S. Valley Road one-way southbound from Lancaster Avenue to Circular Avenue and make Darby Road one-way northbound along the same parallel portion
- Route 252: Reconstruct the RR bridge over Route 252 near Lancaster Avenue
