Parks & Recreation
Tredyffrin Township has approximately 334 acres of parkland with 14 active parks and 6 open space areas. The Township also runs a variety of recreational programs throughout the year. Tredyffrin Township parks maintenance and recreation activities are staffed by the Public Works Department, and overseen by the Park and Recreation Board.
Field Rentals:
Tredyffrin Township also allows its fields and other park facilities to be rented out. Local sports organizations can reserve time slots for various Township fields and courts by the season. Township groups and individuals can rent Township fields, park pavilions, picnic areas or playground facilities for special events.
Deer Management:
Animal Control is an increasingly important aspect of maintaining a happy and peaceful community. As more new homes are built and open space diminishes, it is necessary for residents to know the rules and regulations regarding pet ownership and how to live with wildlife.
