Sidewalks and Curbs
Tredyffrin's Sidewalks, Trails, and Paths Committee advises the Township on on implemention of the pedestrian system recommendations in the 2005 Park, Recreation, and Open Space Plan.

Curbs and sidewalks are the responsibility of the abutting property owner. This responsibility includes construction, maintenance and clearing of ice, snow and vegetation.
Clearing of snow and ice shall be in accordance with Township Code Section 177-12.
Overhanging vegetation shall be trimmed to keep the sidewalk clear. The horizontal clearance should be for the full width of the sidewalk and eight (8) feet vertical clearance.
Specifications for curb sidewalk construction can be obtained at the Township. Permits are required for removal and/or replacement.
