Tredyffrin Township Annual Budgets
Tredyffrin Township strives to provide the high quality services residents and businesses expect. However, revenue will remain flat at best for the next several years, while expenses continue to rise. After several years of significant expenditure cuts, it is becoming increasingly difficult to balance the budget through savings without impacting services.
During 2012, Tredyffrin will review the services provided by a different Township department each month at a Board of Supervisors public meeting, as well as revenue sources available to pay for those services. The goal is to engage in public dialogue that will lead to goals for the 2013 budget that begins in the fall. The following is the schedule for departmental reviews that will be presented during the Board of Supervisors’ meetings in preparation for the 2013 budget discussions:
- January 23 – General Fund Revenue Trend, 2009-2014
- February 27 – Streets and Storm Sewers
- March 19 – Planning, Zoning and Permits
- April 16 – Parks and Leaves
- May 14 – Libraries
- June 18 – Finance and Administration
- July 16 – Police and Fire
- August 20 – General Fund Review
