Police Physical Performance Assessment

Tredyffrin Township is not responsible for any accident or injury which may be sustained by any applicant while performing any of the events of the physical performance assessment. By participating in the test, all applicants agree to assume liability for any accident or injury to their person.

Event #1
1.5 mile run in 13 minutes 35 seconds or less.

Event #2
300 meter run in 64.30 seconds or less.

Event #3
36 push-ups in 2 minutes.

Event #4
42 sit-ups in 1 minute.

Event #5
A vertical jump of at least 15.5 inches.

Applicants should report to the Police Physical Performance Assessment in casual clothing. Some events are conducted outside regardless of weather conditions and applicants should dress accordingly.
