UNDERAGE DRINKING

10/18/09 at 0221 hours - 900 block of Swedesford Road, Berwyn.Police stopped vehicle for making illegal left turn. Andrew Stiner, 20, of Malvern, was cited for underage drinking as well as the traffic violation.
