Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) Projects
Milepost 320-326 Widening (between Valley Forge Interchange and Rt. 29) - The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission is currently working of plans to widen and reconstruct approximately 6.2 miles of the Turnpike roadway within Tredyffrin Township. The project extends from the Valley Forge Service Plaza (in the East) to the newly constructed Route 29 Interchange (in the West). The planned project will provide additional travel lanes in both the eastbound and westbound directions, as well as provide improvements to the existing center median and side shoulders, install new soundwalls to address noise, as well as stormwater management facilities to control runoff.
