In the summer of 2018, Finery, LLC and Green Bridge Development, LLC submitted a Petition for Zoning Map Amendment for the Pick Post Swim Club Property at 355 Chase Road in Chesterbrook.

The parcel of land is improved with an unused swimming pool, tennis courts, parking areas and related improvements. The property is within the Chesterbrook development and is comprised of approximately 4.8 acres of land currently zoned R-C Rural Conservation District. The applicant is requesting the property by rezoned to the R-4 Residence District to redevelop for residential purposes (townhomes) consistent with the applicable R-4 District provisions.
