All dogs three months of age and older living in Pennsylvania must be licensed by January 1 of each year. Violators will be cited up to $500 per violation, plus court costs. Solicitor's License

Under the terms of Chapter 143 of Tredyffrin Township Code, solicitors are required to successfully complete an application for a Solicitor's License before operating within the Township.
