2021 Comprehensive Plan

Final Tredyffrin Comprehensive Plan 2021 Now Available for Review

The Final Tredyffrin Comprehensive Plan 2021 is now available, online and at the Township Building during normal hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm), for public review. Developed by a task force that consisted of representatives of the Board of Supervisors, Planning Commission, and residents, the plan focuses on the most pressing challenges and opportunities for the Township.

The plan defines a vision for the future and provides a framework to achieve that vision, while also supporting officials and staff as they work to advance Township interests in a coordinated and cohesive manner. Primary focus areas for the plan are addressed with a goal, objectives, and recommendations, and include:

  • Natural resources and the environment
  • Parks and recreation
  • Historic preservation
  • Connectivity
  • Community services and facilities
  • Commercial and economic development
  • Future land use
