355 Chase Road

The Township is happy to announce the (soon-to-be-opened) addition of a new park to the Chesterbrook area. After recently acquiring the 4.8 acre site of the former Picket Post Swim Club at 355 Chase Road, the Township’s Public Works crews immediately began efforts to turn the dangerous property into one that was safe and would soon become another well-used park in Tredyffrin.

While plans for this park are still being developed, major demo has already begun for safety purposes. Plans to open the park for use during additional remodeling are underway and the park is expected to be upgraded in stages.

2026 Update: At their May 20, 2026 meeting, the Board of Supervisors approved a proposal from S.B. Conrad, Inc. for the upgrade & reconditioning of Chase Road Park. Work began in late May 2026 to begin restoration of the area for an estimated late-2026 completion, providing new park features & upgrades.
