GVF, a transportation management association servicing communities in both Chester & Montgomery County, provides resources to help you travel throughout our region. Whether interested in alternative modes to get to and from work or preparing for a trip, GVF can help you plan accordingly.

  • GVFTMA: Visit GVF’s website to stay up to date on relevant public policy issues, transportation news and resources, local construction projects, GVF event details, and more! 
  • WeAreTDM: A “one stop shop” for information about transportation alternatives. This website has information on public transit, trails, biking, carpooling and more to get you moving.
  • TMACC: TMACC represents all of Chester County and continues to advocate for sustainable transportation practices and connectivity.

SEPTA Bus, Metro and Regional Rail Service Restored, September 14-15, 2025

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) approved SEPTA’s request for the one-time use of its state capital assistance to cover operations. SEPTA will restore service on September 14 and September 15, depending on the route. Additionally, a 21.5% system-wide fare increase will be reinstated on September 14 for all SEPTA modes and fare products.
