UPDATE: On the afternoon of Thursday, May 22nd, the detour on Thomas Road was removed and the road opened to traffic.
Starting Monday, April 14, 2025, the Pennsylvania Turnpike contractor will be closing Thomas Road for roadway work, restoration activities and paving for approximately 4 weeks. Motorists will be detoured to Richards Road, Glenhardie Road, and Walker Road. For more information, visit the PA Turnpike Travel Advisory website.
