Join in the fun at the Tredyffrin Township Summer Day Camp Program!

The half day summer camp runs for 6 weeks in June & July and is available for children ages 3 1/2 to 12. Sign up for all six weeks or just one and enjoy daily activities like crafts, scavenger hunts, talent shows, music, relay games, water activities, large group games, and Fun Fridays with special activities. Don’t miss out on the fun!

Registration forms & payment can be mailed to the Township Building or dropped off during normal business hours.

2025 Camp Dates

June 23rd through August 1st from 9:00 AM to Noon (No camp on 7/3 and 7/4)

  • Week 1: June 23 - June 27, 2025
  • Week 2: June 30 - July 2, 2025 (No camp on Thursday, 7/3/25 and Friday, 7/4/25)
  • Week 3: July 7 - July 11, 2025
  • Week 4: July 14 - July 18, 2025
  • Week 5: July 21 - July 25, 2025
  • Week 6: July 28 - August 1, 2025

Cost of Enrollment

Tredyffrin Residents

  • $100/week ($60 - week of June 30th)

Non-Tredyffrin Residents

  • $125/week ($75 week of June 30th)

Please note, there will be no refunds once enrollment is processed. Registrations will not be processed without payment. Payments should be sent directly to Tredyffrin Township. Payment options are cash or check, made payable to Tredyffrin Township.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) - What to Know about Camp

Dropoff & Pickup

Drop-off will begin at 9:00 a.m., parents/guardian are to walk campers to their counselors and sign in their child. Parents/guardians may begin pick-up at 11:50 a.m., your child must be signed out from their group, counselors will have a sign-out sheet.

Cleaning

Regular cleaning of sports equipment, craft items, picnic tables and restrooms will occur throughout the morning.

Camp Staff

Township staff, along with certified teachers, will oversee each pavilion. Counselors ages 14+ are paired up with camp groups for daily supervision. All staff must complete background clearances required by the Child Protective Service Act.

Hand Washing

Hand washing will occur before and after the start of a new activity, craft or snack time. Restrooms are available with sinks, as well as hand sanitizing lotion throughout the park.

2 Camp Group Locations

Tykes camp, with a maximum of 50 campers, will operate in the Picnic Pavilion. 100 campers will be operate in the Concession Pavilion. Pavilions will be closed to the public during camp hours.

What to Bring to Camp

We highly recommend wearing sneakers & sunscreen, as camp is outside. (Counselors cannot reapply sunscreen). Daily snack & water to last the morning, a towel for water play and/or sitting on. All items should be labeled clearly with camper’s name and be in a clearly labeled bag or backpack.

Medical Information

If you child has asthma & requires an inhaler, it must be checked in with the camp director and labeled with child’s name. If your child has an allergy that requires an EpiPen, it must be check in with camp director & labeled with child’s name.

Bad Weather

In the event of rain prior to the start of camp, a decision will be made by 7:45 a.m. & an email blast will be sent out. We have no indoor facilities and camp will be cancelled. If heavy rain or thunder & lightening arrives after your child has been dropped off at camp, we ask that you return to camp and pick up your child. You will not receive a call or email requesting you pick up your child. We do not offer refunds for days missed due to rain.
