Project: PTC T-319.00T001-3-08 RE: Upcoming Work Howell Road
H&K Group, Inc. is now under contract with the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission to construct the associated improvements. H&K plans to begin reconstruction along Howell Road and the surrounding areas for the week of August 3, 2026. This associated stage of this work will require a detour(PDF, 141KB) on Howell Road with an estimated length of 2.2 miles, running from Howell Road to Rees Road, connecting to Whitehorse Road and flowing into Yellow Springs Road. This letter is to serve as the start of the advance notice period as outlined in the contract drawings.
