TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP 
CHESTER COUNTY 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tredyffrin Township Board of Supervisors will meet on Monday, October 19, 2026, commencing at 5:30 p.m., prevailing time, at the Township Building, 1100 DuPortail Road, Berwyn, PA to hear the following: 

THE CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION OF CHABAD LUBAVITCH OF CHESTER COUNTY & WESTERN MAIN LINE. The properties are 946 N. Valley Forge Road (UPI No. 43-5-87) and 916 N. Valley Forge Road (UPI No. 43-5-88), both of which are located in the R-1 Residential District of the Township. The Applicant is the owner of both 946 N. Valley Forge Road (which is approximately 1.6 acres in area) and 916 N. Valley Forge Road (which is approximately 1.31 acres in area), which will be consolidated. The Applicant seeks conditional use approval pursuant to §208-45.C (IO - Institutional Overlay Districts, Use regulations) of the Tredyffrin Township Zoning Ordinance to permit a synagogue, parsonage, religious school, and parking on the properties; and any other such relief deemed necessary by the Board of Supervisors.

The Board may consider other such matters as may properly come before it.
