The public meetings of the Board of Supervisors are held once or twice a month on Monday evenings at 7:00 p.m., unless otherwise advertised or posted on the Tredyffrin Township calendar on the website.

The Libraries Board determines policy for the Tredyffrin Public Library in Strafford and its branch in Paoli. The Board makes decisions concerning staffing and funding of the Libraries' operations. Library Board of Trustees meetings are held at either the Tredyffrin Public Library or Paoli Library.
Appeals for relief from decisions of the Zoning Officer and/or requirements in the Zoning Ordinance are handled by the Zoning Hearing Board.

The Pension Trustees manage the Township's pension fund, ensuring its proper oversight and management. The Board consists of appointed members, serving overlapping terms.

The Board of Supervisors has authorized the Planning Commission to prepare, update and oversee implementation of the Comprehensive Plan, Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance and Zoning Ordinance and to review land development and subdivision applications.
