Call for Artists – Exhibit Opportunity at Tredyffrin Township Building

Dear Tredyffrin Artists,

Tredyffrin Township Arts Commission invites Tredyffrin painters to participate in an exhibit in September 2025.  All work will be original, and will be displayed in the lobby of the Tredyffrin Township Building on Duportail Road in Berwyn, PA.

Exhibit Details:

• Open to artists who reside in or are based in Tredyffrin Township

• All painting mediums accepted – One Submission per Artist

• Work must be original and sized between 8" x 10" and 24" x 36"

• Artwork must be appropriately framed or gallery-wrapped and ready for display on easels

• Artwork may be offered for sale

• Opening Artist Reception

Key Dates:

• Submission Deadline: Sunday, August 24, 2025

• Selection Notification: Friday, September 5, 2025

• Artwork Delivery / Drop-Off: Friday, September 26, 2025, Noon – 2 PM at the Tredyffrin Township Building - 1100 DuPortail Road, Berwyn

• Opening Reception: Friday, October 10, 2025, 5 PM – 7 PM at the Tredyffrin Township Building - 1100 DuPortail Road, Berwyn

• Artwork Pick-Up: Friday, December 12, 2025, 10 AM – Noon at the Tredyffrin Township Building - 1100 DuPortail Road, Berwyn

 Important Information:

• Artists are responsible for insuring their own work

• Final selections will be made by the Township Arts Commission 

• A 'People's Choice' award will be given based on votes from those who attend the show. This award is honorary and does not include a cash prize.

Please note: The number of pieces each artist may display will depend on the total number of participating artists. We’ll do our best to accommodate everyone fairly while making the most of the available space.
