Dear Customer,
We are contacting you about a continuing project in Tredyffrin and Willistown Townships that will enhance the local electric distribution system. This project is a $2.1 million infrastructure investment in your area to help withstand more frequent and damaging storms, improve reliability by reducing the frequency of outages that cannot be prevented, and support the adoption of cleaner energy resources such as solar and electric vehicles.
About the project:
What you’ll see during this project:
Work on electrical equipment, including poles and wires, is estimated to resume in July 2026 with an estimated completion date in the 4th Quarter of 2026.
Crews may need to temporarily interrupt electric service to safely complete some of this work. We will work with customers to ensure they are informed in advance of our activities and any planned interruptions. To ensure you receive all outage updates, please confirm that your phone number is accurate in our system through MyAccount at peco.com/myaccount or by calling PECO at 1-800-494-4000.
If you have any questions regarding the details of this project and how it may impact you, please contact Patricia Haug, Customer Liaison, at Patricia.Haug@exeloncorp.com.
