Dear Customer:
Every day, PECO is delivering innovation and advancing smart energy to provide safe, reliable, affordable, and clean energy and energy services for our customers. As part of our work, we will be working to improve the reliability of the distribution system in your area.
This effort is in addition to $900 million in ongoing system work completed each year, including replacing and upgrading equipment.
About the Project:
Crews will need to temporarily interrupt electric service to safely complete this work. We will work with residents to ensure they are informed in advance of our activities and any planned outages. We will work closely with local officials to minimize the impact on customers as much as possible.
We are dedicated to keeping you informed about our work and listening to your input. If you have any questions about this work during construction, please contact Trevor Ertel, Lead Responsible Engineer, at trevor.ertel@exeloncorp.com.
Sincerely,
Omoro Jean-Baptiste Director, Regional Electrical Operations
